  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: At Milescart, we strive to provide our users with the best experience when purchasing tickets to fitness events. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:
  • Cancellation by Event Organizer: In the event that a fitness event is cancelled by the organizer, Milescart will initiate a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Users will be notified promptly via email of any event cancellations and the refund process.
  • No Refund Policy: Milescart operates under a strict no refund policy for all ticket purchases except in cases where the event is cancelled by the organizer. This policy applies to all circumstances including, but not limited to, user-initiated cancellations, schedule conflicts, or personal reasons.
  • Refund Process: Users are required to request a refund through the Milescart app within 30 days of the event cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the refund request. Users may be required to provide proof of purchase for verification purposes.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In rare instances of extenuating circumstances, Milescart may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such circumstances may include medical emergencies or natural disasters. Users must provide sufficient documentation to support their refund request.
  • By using the Milescart app and purchasing tickets to fitness events, users agree to abide by the terms outlined in this cancellation and refund policy. Milescart reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes or updates.
